According to the instructions, Gramicidin is contraindicated for dermatoses. It causes slight pain when it comes into contact with a burn surface devoid of epithelium. In rare cases, various allergic reactions such as itching, swelling, hives and skin rashes occur.

Previously, the solution of Gramicidin C is diluted in a ratio of 1: 100 with sterile distilled or ordinary boiled water.
