  • Homemade tomato juice (you can use tomato paste or Krasnodar sauce) – 2-3 tablespoons;
  • Salt (you can add dried basil) - to taste;
  • Sugar – 1-2 teaspoons (to taste);
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook stew
