- Medium carrots – 2 pcs.

How to cook stewed zucchini with vegetables and sausages
1. Grate the carrots with a grater.
2. Chop the onion, but not very finely.
3. If ripe, peel the zucchini and then cut into cubes.
4. Cut the sausages into rounds.
5. Grease the frying pan a little with oil and add the onions.
6. When it is slightly browned, add the zucchini and let it fry a little.
7. Then add carrots, salt, spices, pour in a little water, close the lid and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
8. Add chopped sausages, simmer for another 5 minutes.

- Zucchini – 1 medium size;
- Potatoes – 4 large or 6 medium-sized tubers;
- Onion – 1 head;
- Carrot – 1 piece;
- Sausages – 3-4 pieces;
- Large tomato or sweet pepper – 1 piece (can be 2-3 canned);
- Homemade tomato juice (you can use tomato paste or Krasnodar sauce) – 2-3 tablespoons;
- Salt (you can add dried basil) - to taste;
- Sugar – 1-2 teaspoons (to taste);
- Vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook stew
- Slice: onion - in small pieces or thin quartered rings, potatoes, zucchini and tomato - in medium-sized cubes, carrots - grate on a coarse grater. And cut the sausages into rings (or pieces, as you prefer).
