Chicken rolls with mushrooms baked in the oven

1. First you need to prepare the onion-mushroom filling for the rolls so that it has time to cool while you work with the chicken thighs. For the filling, finely chop one large onion, fry it in oil until the onion begins to exude a soft and sweet aroma, softens well and becomes translucent.


2. As soon as the onion has reached the required state, we transfer to it fresh champignon mushrooms washed under running water, cut into thin slices or a small cube. In general, all the ingredients for the filling are cut into small pieces, so if you use a different type of mushroom for the filling or introduce new products into it (cheese, boiled or fresh vegetables, herbs, etc.), please take this into account.


3. Fry the mushrooms until they release liquid, and then the same liquid evaporates from the pan. The onion-mushroom filling is ready, let's move on to preparing the thighs for the rolls.


4. Thoroughly wash the chicken thighs and blot with napkins, ridding the skin and meat of excess moisture. We cut out the bone along with fragments of cartilage. We do not remove the skin.


5. The thigh, from which the bone is removed, is unfolded like a book, if necessary, making one or two longitudinal incisions. We beat off with a hammer, leveling the layer of meat over the entire surface at approximately the same level.


6. Salt and pepper to taste.


7. Spread a thin layer of onion-mushroom filling - 1-2 tbsp. will be sufficient.


8. Fold the thigh together with the skin and secure with skewers or toothpicks. Thus we form all the thighs into rolls.


9. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the fastened rolls in oil until the chicken meat is lightly browned and whitened (seam down), then turn over to the other side and fry for another 2-3 minutes.


10. We put the fried rolls in a form suitable for baking.


11. To give a golden brown and fragrant crust, prepare a spicy butter mixture from melted butter, dry garlic in granules, turmeric and paprika.


12. Mix the oil and spices in a small bowl and grease all the rolls on the tops and sides with the resulting emulsion.


13. We put the rolls to bake in the oven for 40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cool when finished and remove toothpicks before serving.

How to cook:

  1. Chicken breasts are cut into several thin plates with a diameter of about 2 cm.
  2. We beat them well on both sides, salt, pepper.
  3. Onion finely cut into cubes, then fry.
  4. After that, add finely chopped mushrooms, garlic.
  5. Continue to pass for another 15 minutes.
  6. We rub the cheese with a grater.
  7. We take chicken plates, put fried mushrooms with onions and garlic on them, sprinkle with cheese on top and wrap them in rolls.

  • vegetable oil;
  • salt pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Carefully cut the fillet into slices.
  2. We beat, pepper, salt.
  3. Grind the cheese with a grater, cut the ham into strips.
  4. Saute mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  5. We put our mushrooms on each fillet, 2 - 3 strips of ham and sprinkle with cheese on top.

  1. Cut the meat into slices and beat well on both sides.
  2. Don't forget to salt and pepper it.
  3. Mushrooms, onion crumble into small cubes, then fry until cooked for 10 - 15 minutes.

  5. Then we spread our mushroom filling on each piece of meat, on top - cheese plates so that they completely cover them.

Cooking Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 4 - 5 tubers;

  • starch - 2.5 tbsp. spoons;
  • mushrooms - 350 g;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt to taste.

How to cook:

  1. We clean the potatoes, boil them, mash them.
  2. Fry the onion until golden brown, then add carrots, finely chopped mushrooms to it and fry until tender.
  3. Salt the vegetables.
  4. In mashed potatoes, not yet cooled, put the starch and mix well.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, gently spread the puree over the entire surface, then brown for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. This will be our base for the roll, which will become a little tough after baking.
  6. Put the vegetable filling on the potato base, carefully twist. The seam should be at the bottom.
  7. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, set to bake for another 15 minutes at the same temperature.
