Briefly about the work ahead: in the Microsoft Word editor, we will make letter templates (with one nuance, I will tell you later) with these phrases, so that later they can be put on colored paper on the reverse side, circle the required number of letters and signs with a pencil, cut them out and stick them on the wall. That's basically it. I took the height of the letters about 10 cm, you can choose at your discretion. So let's get started!

We launch Microsoft Word, open a blank A4 document, set the orientation of the sheets - landscape, create a flowchart like this:

Then, with the left mouse button held down, draw an arbitrary rectangle almost on the entire page

and immediately assign it a default style called Color outline - black, dark 1

Go to tab home and select the desired text font. I liked the Century Gothic font because it can be easily cut out later. The default maximum text height is 72, so in the font size window we sign the value 400 , which corresponds to the height of the letters in natural size after printing is approximately 10 cm.

We start typing the letters we need inside the created block diagram, I will start with the expression "Visiting a fairy tale"

With this font size, I have 3 letters on A4 format (bold text):

I made all the letters capitalized, so it is more convenient to compose the text later without additional problems.

In order not to waste printer ink, we will do one trick so that the letters are not completely painted over in black, but only outlined. To do this, select the text, apply text effects and design to it. Fill - white, outline - accent1, shadow

Let's do the finishing touches. We bring the mouse to the edge of our block diagram and right-click on it, an additional window will pop up, select the last line autoshape format, and an additional vertical tab will appear on the right side of the Microsoft Word editor with editing autoshape parameters.

1. To begin with, we indicate in Shape options tab Shading and Borders Line - no lines.

2. Then, with the selected text in Text Options tab Text effects - shadow set the transparency parameter to 100% (move the slider to the right until it stops). The shadow should disappear.

3. There in Text Options tab Text fill and outline - text outline(also with selected text) specify the color - black (instead of blue, which was the default). The outline of the text should turn black.

And the last thing we need to do in the Microsoft Word editor is to flip the text horizontally - I wrote about this nuance at the beginning of the article. This is necessary so that when you stroke and cut out the letters, they look right. Because we will circle them on the back of colored paper.

For this we will do the following: Text Options tab Text Effects - 3D Shape Rotation specify the angle parameter in rotation around the X axis, the value is 180 degrees instead of 0.

The rest of the letters and signs are done in a similar way. In order not to edit text styles and text effects every time, you can copy our flowchart to another page of the document and edit the letters there, substituting the ones you need. Repeating letters can be skipped, because the sheets that we print on the printer will only be a template that can be repeated several times when tracing the letters.

Finally, we print out our document with all the necessary letters, cut them out along the contour, put them on the back of colored paper, circle and cut out the required number of letters and characters.

A little advice: before sticking the letters on the wall, it is advisable to mark the beginning and end of the composed words so as not to re-stick the letters once again.

Making a sun from balloons

We will need:

yellow balls No. 16;
balls for modeling (SHDM) No. 260 (2 pcs.);
ball cut;
2 shades of yellow balls No. 5;

We make a knot from a cut balloon, put it in a 16 inch balloon and inflate our balloon to a rounded shape.

We connect two long balls for modeling and, when tying our ball, we put them into a knot.

We catch the knot, which we previously lowered into the ball, twist it.

We take one of the oblong balls, stretch it, wrap it around the knot and tie a knot with a small remainder. After that, we do the same with the second ball for modeling.

We proceed to the rays, take the balls No. 5, process them with a high float, because. we will turn them around. We take the pump, calibrate it to 1.5 strokes and pump each beam. Now we take the ball, give it an oblong shape and twist ¼ from the top. Now we twist this small circle in half. We do the same with the rest of the small balls.

Let's start attaching the rays to the sun. We take small balls and twist them with the modeling balls attached to the sun earlier. Alternates shades of yellow through one. When we are done with the rays, we glue the eyes and mouth. Our beautiful sun is ready.

Balloon flower

We will need:

several blue windmills No. 160;
small flower of white balls No. 10;
one ball number 5 yellow.

Blue balloons are inflated with helium, and white and yellow balloons are inflated with a conventional pump. We connect five large blue balls with each other, connecting a combination of 2 and 3 balls with each other and placing them in the same plane.

We do the same with five small white balls (we connect a set of 2 and 3 balls, respectively, to each other). We put a bunch of white balls from above in the center of the blue balls. We securely tie the blue balls with white ribbon several times, passing in a circle.

We twist the yellow five-ball in half and wind the middle between the white and blue balls. This must be done in such a way that the yellow ball, on the one hand, looks like the core of a flower, and on the other, it is securely fixed in the composition and allows you to fix the leg for it. We tie the inflated leg from the green ball to the back of the flower, securing it to the thickening of the yellow ball.

You can not complicate the process and make a flower only with the help of large helium balloons and a stem ball.

We will need 5 large blue balls and one white (#10). You also need a green ball for the role of the flower stem. An important detail - when inflating a white ball, you need to make 3 pumping strokes and tie it so that the tail is as large as possible. Twist the white ball in the middle and hook it between the balls. We return the tail back and twist it together, then lower it down. On the back side, there is a place for attaching the tail, and in front - a white center. According to the previous scheme, we attach the stem. The flower is ready!

After the template is ready, put it on a special mat or on a stack of waste paper and carefully cut along the contour with a mock-up or stationery knife. First you need to cut out the smallest elements, then larger ones, cut out the drawing along the contour last!

2. Painting windows with paints. Beautiful, of course, especially if there are artists among the parents. Bright, elegant, festive. Children usually enjoy looking at such beauty. But, in my opinion, there are more disadvantages: firstly, a large and not openwork drawing will make the class darker, and secondly, it is difficult to wash this beauty later (tested on my own experience, several hours were spent on washing windows). But the class with such decor + balloons looked very elegant.

3. Decoration with balls. A fairly common way to decorate any event, including the first day of school. Besides, what kid doesn't love balloons? From the balls you can make garlands, various figures. Or you can simply tie balloons inflated with helium to the backs of chairs, it will also turn out very beautiful.

4. Decoration with posters and garlands. In almost every stationery or holiday store you can find ready-made posters and garlands made for almost all holidays. These posters can be hung on the door or on the chalkboard.
