Radical nationalist Oleksandr Muzychko (" Sasha Bely”), against whom a criminal case was opened in Russia on banditry and the creation of an organized criminal group, was killed on Tuesday night during a special operation by Ukrainian law enforcement officers to neutralize an armed group in the Rivne region.

In the morning, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, on the official website, posted a statement from which it follows that Oleksandr Muzychko was killed in the process of his detention by a police task force.

During the arrest of members of the organized criminal group, citizen Muzychko, also known as "Sashko Bely", offered armed resistance and wounded one of the police officers. Law enforcement officers were forced to use weapons. Three members of the organized criminal group were taken to Kyiv by police officers. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs at a briefing at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

According to Vladimir Evdokimov, members of a stable armed criminal group committed criminal offenses on the territory of Rivne and several other regions.

On March 8, investigators opened criminal proceedings under the articles of the Criminal Code, which provide for liability for hooliganism, as well as for threats or violence against a law enforcement officer. On March 9, citizen Muzychko was notified of suspicion of committing criminal offenses, and on March 12 he was put on the wanted list.

Lives in the city of Rivne, Rivne region of Ukraine, is a member of the far-right UNA-UNSO party.

Alexander Muzychko was born on September 19, 1962. In 1980-1982. served in Afghanistan. After the declaration of independence of Ukraine, Muzychko received the citizenship of this country, joined the paramilitary nationalist organization UNA-UNSO (Ukrainian National Assembly - Ukrainian People's Self-Defense), and was the editor-in-chief of the Nasha Prava newspaper.

Alexander Muzychko - Sashko Bely

In 1994, Muzychko joined the Chechen separatists in order to fight against Russia and earn money, where he received the call sign "White" and "Consul". He commanded the UNA-UNSO Viking detachment, which fought as part of the Shamil Basayev detachment, as well as the personal guards of Dzhokhar Dudayev. As a salary, he received $ 3,000 a month. According to "Sashko Bely", he entered Chechnya with a Turkish passport under the guise of a journalist, and all the documents were real. Thanks to them, Muzychko ambushed a detachment of marines from Sputnik. For this and for the fact that he knocked out 3 tanks, more than 6 infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers, and also shot a self-propelled gun, Dzhokhar Dudayev personally awarded him the Order "Kyoman Siy" ("Honor of the Nation"). It is known for sure that he participated in the execution of BMP No. 684 81 SMEs, in which 3 people died, one was taken prisoner. On camera, “Sashko Bely” boasts about how he killed Russians, was known for his cruelty towards captured soldiers of the Russian army. Oleksandr Muzychko became one of three Ukrainian nationalists (besides Stepan Bandera and Oleg Berkut), in whose honor the streets in Grozny were named (one of the streets in Lviv is named after Dzhokhar Dudayev).

After the death of Dudayev and the conclusion of the Khasavyurt agreements in 1995, Muzychko returned to Ukraine, where he went into business and contacted criminal structures. In 1995, he beat one of his acquaintances, who had to urgently remove a kidney. However, the case did not reach the court. In 1997, in one of the cafes in Kyiv on Proriznaya St., Muzychko attempted to kill Oleg Bes (OPG "Pryshcha"), another "Unsovite", at the direction of the chairman of the executive committee of the UNA-UNSO party, Viktor Melnyk, for "scamming for money" . However, despite numerous objections from the prosecutors, the case was closed: the party nominated its member as a candidate for deputy in the 154th constituency, which ensured him "immunity".

In 1999, Muzychko, as part of a criminal group, kidnapped a businessman, demanding a ransom of $1,000. Together with his accomplices, he regularly beat the businessman until they were arrested by the Rivne city police in the Holiday disco bar. The leadership of UNA-UNSO, as usual, tried to present pure "criminality" in the light of the "political order of opponents." Then there were threats against the victims, there were attempts to give bribes. But despite all the efforts of the party to force the court to close the case, Muzychko was nevertheless sentenced to a long term. While serving a prison sentence, he was repeatedly beaten by cellmates who hated him for serving on the side of Chechen fighters.

After his release, Muzychko went back to business. In April 2007, he was appointed head of security at the Rivne steel plant, owned by Valery Kansky. However, Alexander, in his own words, Kansky did not pay a salary, fearing to lose control over the plant, both legally and in fact. On October 5, 2009, a mass brawl broke out at the plant, after which the police opened a criminal case, which was a blow to Kansky's reputation. According to many sources, it was Muzychko who was involved in organizing the fight.

In 2012, Alexander Muzychko, who already has a higher economic education, was the deputy director of Balkan-Service LLC, lives in the village. Barmaki of the Rivne region of the Rivne region of Ukraine, was still a member of the UNA-UNSO. He ran from Constituency No. 153 to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the 2012 elections, but lost, gaining 1.14% of the vote.

According to the First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Volodymyr Evdokimov, on the night of March 24-25, in the Rivne region, the GUBOP and the Sokol special forces carried out a special operation to detain and neutralize members of the organized criminal group. During the operation, a shootout ensued, as a result of which Alexander Muzychko was killed. According to the story of a friend of the victim, Yaroslav Granitny, his body was found in torn clothes with handcuffs on his hands and gunshot wounds in the heart.

Shortly before his death, on March 13, 2014, Oleksandr Muzychko published his appeal to the SBU, in which he accused the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine of preparing his destruction. The Right Sector accused the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arsen Avakov, of killing Muzychko and promised to take revenge on him. According to one of the former leaders of the SBU, the purpose of the special operation was to neutralize Muzychko.

The funeral of Alexander Muzychko took place on March 26, 2014 in the city of Rivne with volleys of weapons and the performance of the anthem of Ukraine. He was buried at the Molodezhnoye cemetery, next to the graves of those killed on the Euromaidan. During the burial, Right Sector activists chanted: "Sasha is a hero!" and "Avakov - death." Dmitry Yarosh, the leader of the Right Sector, was also at the farewell. At the same time, some residents of Rovno believe that it is impossible to "bury a bandit next to the heroes."
The city council of Rivne declared the death of Oleksandr Muzychko, known by the nickname Sasha Bely, as a “contracted political assassination”

How the "Ukrainian revolution" devours its children

It is impossible not to notice: the murder of “Bily” in Rivne, on the land where the legendary Nikolai Kuznetsov once cleared the fascist evil spirits, is an act of supreme justice, even if it was carried out on the orders of his yesterday’s “comrades” on the “Maidan”.

The principle “About the dead is either good or nothing” does not apply to Muzychko. Anyone who leaves a mark on history, even if it is as fleeting and vile as Bily's, does not fall under this principle, because otherwise it will be too easy for scum like Muzychka, Bandera and Vlasovs to escape from the human court.

The enchanting official versions about the circumstances of Muzychko's death are interesting only as clumsy attempts to cover up the fact that the security forces of the Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, the very one whom Bily, who was dumbfounded by permissiveness, called a "cock" and promised to "hang by the legs in a pigsty", detain Muzychko was not going to. He became the first victim of a special operation to put the “beast of Ukrainian nationalism” into a cage. The executor of the operation is the current Kyiv elite. The customers are the emissaries of the United States and the European Union, whom Bily and others like him frankly “spoiled the face of the young Ukrainian democracy”, demonstrating to the world with their outrages, rampant violence and permissiveness that this is not a person, but a mask. Under which is the grin of Rem's brown stormtroopers, memorable to the world.

Although, of course, Rem Muzychko did not pull under any circumstances. An impudent and pompous "brother" from the nineties - this is the image he most fully corresponded to. The “heroic biography” of “Bily”, the stories that this native of Perm served in Afghanistan, having somehow transferred there from the anti-aircraft missile brigade of the Transcaucasian Military District, are just as “reliable” as the rumors spread by his entourage that that he led the security of Dzhokhar Dudayev, personally knocked out 3 tanks, more than 6 armored personnel carriers, infantry fighting vehicles and shot "Sushka".

The Order of Ichkeria "Hero of the Nation", presented to him by Dzhokhar Dudayev - to put it mildly, is not proof of his "crazy courage", this order is one of those awards that are often given "not for merit, but for services."

"Biliy" was in the right place and at the right time: Dzhokhar Dudayev really needed to prove to the rest of the world, and, first of all, to sponsors, that "people of good will from all over the CIS" are fighting in his ranks against the "Russian occupiers". And persons of Slavic nationality have always been actively used in propaganda games - whether in Afghanistan by the leaders of the “irreconcilable opposition”, or in Chechnya, because the “hero of Ichkeria” Muzychko is not an exception, but the rule of a propaganda war.

The proof that "Bily" touched on the first Chechen war and the secrets associated with it, only in passing, that the Ichkerian resistance was not particularly needed, is the post-Chechen period of his biography. Already in the spring of 1995, when the Russian troops, having recovered from their first defeats, having learned how to send politicians and human rights activists from Moscow in a quality and in the right direction, began methodically pushing back the militants, the “heroic Ichkerian” sharply gathered “to the hut”. The leaders of the Chechen separatists did not see any talents in him, and therefore, when Bily announced his departure, no one began to stop him.

And Muzychko's life began in his native element - in rampant gangster lawlessness, which covered both Russia and Ukraine in a wave in those years. Nationalism for "Bily" was much like a convenient "roof", why not use this resource? "Sashko" created in Rivne the first nationalist organization "Union of Independent Ukrainian Youth" - SNUM, took part in the organization of the "Ukrainian National Assembly" party - UNA and detachments of the "Ukrainian People's Self-Defense" - UNSO - in Rivne. And all these organizations were, in fact, a cover for organized criminal groups engaged in traditional extortion and "holding" cities and regions. In 1995, he beat one of his acquaintances, who had to urgently remove a kidney. However, the case did not reach the court. In 1997, in one of the cafes in Kyiv on Prorizna Street, Muzychko made an attempt on the life of Oleg Bes, his party lord, and did this on the instructions of the chairman of the UNA-UNSO executive committee Viktor Melnyk for the fact that Bes "threw" the party and personally Melnik on money.

However, despite numerous objections from prosecutors, the case was closed.

Firstly, back in 1996, Muzychko became a co-founder of the Nasha Prava newspaper, and therefore his criminal prosecution was presented as “persecution of the free nationalist press.”

And secondly, UNA-UNSO nominated its member as a candidate for deputy in the Rivne constituency, which ensured his immunity.

Confident in his own impunity, Bily completely “lost fear”, and in 1999 organized the kidnapping of a businessman, demanding a ransom of ten thousand dollars from him. Together with his accomplices, he regularly beat the businessman until they were arrested by the Rivne city police in the Holiday disco bar. The leadership of UNA-UNSO, as usual, tried to present pure criminality in the light of the “political order of opponents”. Then there were threats against the victims, there were attempts to give bribes. But, despite all the efforts of the party, the investigation, which lasted almost four years, ended for Muzychko with three and a half years in prison.

Having been released, enriched by "prison universities", "Sashko Bily" left racketeering to the "cormorants" of a lower rank, and he himself took part in the "dispute of business entities." Which, translated into human, meant his leadership of the protection of the plant and its director, Valery Kansky, who came into conflict with the shareholders.

Having comprehended the experience of security activities and realizing that the organized crime groups should now look “decent”, Muzychko and the partygenosse decided to create a diversified enterprise “Balkan-service”, which at the same time became the center of the local branch of UNA-UNSO.

What is remarkable: the price of "Sashko" in Rivne was well known. The official biography of the "innocently murdered" states that "in 2012 Oleksandr Muzychko ran for the Ukrainian parliament in the 153rd electoral district of Rivne and took sixth place."

In reality, this meant that in the rather nationalist Rovno, the leader of the local nationalists, the “Afghan of Ichkerian orientation,” won 1.14 percent of the vote. Enchanting rating, but what is there, the triumph of mass support and popular adoration ...

However, everything was not as simple as it might seem at first glance. “Bily”, of course, was an ordinary bandit and a political clown, but only this “clown” at the right time had at hand the necessary number of people, mostly from former “brothers” with UNA-UNSO membership cards, and a sufficient number of weapons to arm their parteigenosses. For a modest deputy director of a horn-hoofed company with the pretentious name "Balkan-service" is somehow too solid.

The strangeness, however, disappears if we remember that the neo-Nazis, the same Dmitry Yarosh from the Legal Sector, were supervised by the former head of the Ukrainian security Nalivaichenko. And after his departure from the SBU - a kind of secret structure in the service, working with nationalists and, in parallel, coordinating the activities of the non-governmental sector, that part of it that existed on funding from the American Democracy Support Fund and European public organizations.

It would be useful to recall the fact that the Americans in Ukraine focused their efforts precisely on cooperation with the SBU, everything else was rather secondary for them.

Summarizing these facts, we can state with full confidence: the gangster and political outsider "Sashko Bily" was the "active reserve" of the Ukrainian deep state, the future "bayonet" in the political games of the West in Ukraine.

The "Euromaidan" broke out, which grew into a coup d'état - and "Sashko" was called from the reserve. But his first steps towards building a “young Ukrainian democracy” were at the same time the first steps towards a clearing near the Three Karas cafe, where he shot himself twice. And - both times in the heart ...

The actions of Bilyi to establish a new government in Rivne are more reminiscent of a criminal chronicle. So, on February 20, Colonel Semenyuk, head of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Rivne region, paid Muzychko a lump sum of 10 thousand US dollars for the “development of the Right Sector” and undertook to transfer 2 thousand every week. When representatives of the Rivne Union of Motorists, who naively believed that the "Euromaidan" would fight corruption, came to Semenyuk's office and demanded that he write a letter of resignation, the latter called Muzychko back. He threatened these "representatives of the people" by phone to break their legs if they appeared there again. And on February 24, a group of people led by Muzychko went to the tax police station in Rovno, took the keys to the arrested Nissan Terrano car, started the car and left. The "activists" justified their actions, of course, with the "needs of the revolution."

On the same day, the "lads" visited the head of the Dubno MREO Zhupanyuk, forcing him to write a letter of resignation, and took 10 thousand dollars "for the needs of the revolution and the victims", promising that for this money they would not go to his house and would no longer disturb . The same was done with the head of the Rivne MREO GAI Dobrinsky.

The next day, February 25, Muzychko, together with a group of his supporters, entered the territory of TAKO LLC and forced the management of the structure to give him two Mitsubishi L-200 cars, as well as a Volkswagen minibus, arguing this demand with the same " the needs of the revolution. Already on February 26, Muzychko, together with his accomplices, visited the former head of the Rivne regional administration, Karpenchuk, and began to demand 700 thousand dollars from him in exchange for the fact that Bily would not raise questions about the official’s numerous abuses in the distribution of land in the region. When the demonstrators seized the building of the regional administration in Rivne, Deputy Governor Yukhimenko was forced to personally pay Muzychko $10,000 "for protection," that is, to ensure that nothing was destroyed or taken out.

Coaxing the "new government" in the person of "Bily", the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Rivne region, police colonel Lazarev gave the use of the "Right Sector" no less than the base of the special forces "Berkut".

After that, "Sashko" began to attend daily operational meetings of the police and conduct briefings with employees. Moreover, even the criminals who were detained in Rovno were first brought to Muzychko, who already made the decision about their future fate.

Kyiv turned a blind eye to "Bily" - exactly until the moment when he, drunk with impunity and believing that he was really the "new government", an independent figure, and not a pawn in the party of big players, began to conflict with those who all this time covered and cherished. At the "Euromaidan" in Rivne on February 20, "Sashko Bily" defiantly appeared on the stage with a machine gun and promised to deal with all the enemies of the "new Ukraine". Five days later, an armed Muzychko came to a meeting of the Rivne Regional Council, where he told the deputies - constantly adjusting the machine gun hanging on his shoulder - that the place of Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk was on a pig farm.

Two days later, “Sashko”, in the presence of journalists, beat the prosecutor of the Rovno region, Andrey Targony, in his own office. And when the newly appointed head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov threatened Muzychko with criminal liability, he publicly responded with insults and promised to deal with the minister, again mentioning the pig farm, which had already been promised to Yatsenyuk earlier. As proof of the seriousness of their intentions, Muzychko's militants blocked the main street of Rivne.

“I’m actually a pacifist by nature. But I thought so: Putin decided to put me on the wanted list. So, I will probably appeal to Ukrainian patriots to collect 10-12 million dollars. And whoever kills Putin will get a bonus.”

Then, realizing that both with the prosecutor and with the president of Russia he had clearly gone too far, “Bily” was frankly frightened. At first, he tried to present his actions towards the prosecutor as… an act of his defense against “people’s wrath”: “Self-defense and I arrived there… I just had to look, stand near the car, and let people enter this prosecutor’s office, burn she, as they wanted to burn, would talk and make a people's trial of these law enforcement officers. And then I would be white and fluffy, and the prosecutor would be punished by the people ... I took responsibility and told people that the police officers were not involved in this ... I am a very hot person, and got a little excited. And then the “hero of Ichkeria” and “nationalist warrior” rushed for protection to his patrons from the SBU, writing to them in plain text: “The leadership of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine decided to physically destroy me or capture and extradite me to Russia in order to later blame the Russian special services for everyone. A special detachment has already been created to carry out this operation. Please consider this my official appeal to the SBU.”

Late. The West has already demanded from Kyiv that the most odious characters be removed from the political scene. Dmitry Yarosh in Kyiv could not be touched, since this is a “frame of the West”, the value of the deep state, there are plans for its further use. But they decided to sacrifice such a pawn as Muzychko, at the same time clearly showing the rest of the “bandyuki from nationalism” what awaits them if they refuse to obey Kyiv.

There are rumors in the Ukrainian capital itself that Yulia Tymoshenko personally leads the purge of Ukrainian radicals, since Arsen Avakov, the “gray eminence” of the new government, is one of her closest associates.

Is it really the "lady with a scythe" who is preparing her return to power, or whether they have another game of the game in front of them - is not so important yet.

The main thing is elsewhere. Bily, who “suicided himself” in the process of detention, a pawn who imagines himself to be a figure, should become an example for Ukrainian nationalists of what they really, and not in their own fantasies, mean to the West: expendable cannon fodder. The problem is that it won't. The essence of Ukrainian neo-Nazism is the expectation of help and support from the West, the belief that this West really needs a "strong sovereign Ukraine from sea to sea." Petlyura, Bandera, Konovalets and other musicians thought and still think that way. And it would be fine if they paid for this delusion only with their own lives. All Ukrainians become victims of their games. They evoke sympathy. And the neo-Nazis and the heirs of Bandera... Well, they chose their own path.

According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, obtained during the investigation of a criminal case on the fact of a clash of militants led by Shamil Basayev and Khattab with servicemen of the Pskov Airborne Division near the village of Ulus-Kert (Chechnya) in 2000 from an UNA-UNSO activist who participated in hostilities in Chechnya in the period 1994-2000, in the spring of 1993, A.
